At Capital Tree Management ("we", "us", "our"), we aim to make booking our tree surgery and arboricultural services simple, clear, and fair. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

How to Book Bookings can be made via phone or email, or you can request a quote through our website contact form. Once you contact us, a member of our team will visit your property to carry out a survey and provide a detailed quote based on the work you require. We will send your quote via email. To confirm the booking, you must approve the quote.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel a booking, it is required to give our team 24 hours notice before the job date. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of £50 will be required.
You may contact our team to request rescheduling; while we will always try to accommodate, rescheduling is not guaranteed due to factors like staffing or scheduling constraints.

3. Site Access and Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
Customers must provide information regarding any Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) or conservation area restrictions affecting the property.
Customers must disclose any underground services, hazards, or site conditions that may affect the work.
Customers must provide suitable parking arrangements, or agree to cover any resulting parking charges or fines.

4. Subcontractors and Unforeseen Circumstances

We may occasionally use trusted subcontractors to assist with work. All subcontractors meet our safety, training, and insurance standards.
Work may be delayed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, equipment failure, or other emergencies.
